Philip D. Cotter, PhD, FACMG, FFSc (RCPA)
Principal, ResearchDx
Dr Cotter is a Principal and Co-Founder of ResearchDx, and Laboratory Director of Pacific Diagnostics Clinical Laboratory, Irvine, CA, a subsidiary of ResearchDx. Dr Cotter received his doctorate in Biomedical Sciences from the Department of Human Genetics at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Medical Genetics in both Clinical Cytogenetics and Clinical Molecular Genetics, is a Fellow of the American College of Medical Genetics, Fellow of the Faculty of Science Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia and Associate Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at the University of California San Francisco. Dr Cotter's experience includes Vice President and Laboratory Director at Biocept Inc. in San Diego, Laboratory Director at the Illumina Clinical Services Laboratory in San Diego, Laboratory Director at Combimatrix Molecular Diagnostics in Irvine, Director of Molecular Cytogenetics at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, Director of Cytogenetics and Molecular Genetics at the Children's Hospital and Research Center in Oakland CA, and Director of Advanced Molecular Diagnostics at US Labs in Irvine, CA. Dr Cotter has published extensively in the areas of cytogenetics, molecular genetics, oncology and prenatal diagnosis.
Mathew W. Moore, PhD

Principal and Co-Founder of ResearchDx, Dr. Mathew William Moore is a renowned leader in the field of molecular diagnostic development. A seasoned industry expert and technology advocate, Dr Moore has served as Vice President of Research and Development of Neogenomics Inc (A leading esoteric oncology clinical laboratory) since July 2006. Prior to that, Dr. Moore served as Vice President of Research and Development for CombiMatrix Molecular Diagnostics, Inc., a subsidiary of Combimatrix Corporation, developing novel microarray, Q-PCR and Comparative Genomic Hybridization based diagnostics. Previously he served as Senior Scientist with US Labs, a division of Laboratory Corporation of America (LabCorp) where he was responsible for the initial implementation of the molecular, in situ hybridization and molecular genetics programs. Dr. Moore received his Bachelors of Science degree in Biotechnology, graduating with honors. Dr. Moore received his Ph.D. in Biotechnology from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.

Mr. Mann oversees ResearchDx's provision of Clinical Research Services across the organization and its subsidiaries.
Over Mr. Mann's 20 years of working in Pharmaceutical and Diagnostics Clinical Development he has experienced all sides of the industries. In 2009 Mr. Mann joined ResearchDx, LLC in Irvine, CA where he has drawn upon his knowledge and experience to establish a Contract Diagnostics Organization supporting the full clinical development of diagnostics for both the Diagnostics and Pharmaceutical industries. Before joining ResearchDx Mr. Mann spent 15 years at GlaxoSmithKline in roles of increasing responsibility in Clinical Development and Global Resourcing, Grants and Contracts for their World Wide Development group. Mr. Mann began his career in clinical research as a Study Coordinator for the School of Medicine at the University of North Carolina before becoming a CRA for PPD and Quintiles and moving on to GlaxoSmithKline. Mr. Mann has a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology and a Master of Business Administration.
